Vonage CEO steps down |

The man who vehemently defended his company and reported that its impending death was false, Michael Snyder, CEO of Vonage has stepped down, effective immediately.
Snyder stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer and resigned from the Company's Board of Directors effective April 11, 2007. Vonage also announced that Jeffrey A. Citron, the Company's Chairman, has been appointed as the interim CEO while a search for Snyder's replacement is launched. “Mike has made valuable contributions to the growth of our business and we will miss him. We thank him and wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Mr. Citron.
