Magna boss sees "drastic" steps at Chrysler: report

Frank Stronach expects drastic measures at DaimlerChrysler's Chrysler division if Magna International Inc. succeeds in buying the auto maker, a newspaper reported on Thursday.

"Sometimes when you're sick, you've got to take some drastic measures and that's unfortunate," Stronach, chairman and founder of the Canadian auto parts maker, said of Chrysler, according to the Globe and Mail.

"What do we have to do to create a healthy patient?" he added.
