On Sept 30th 2010, Stronghold completed a strategic transaction and announced a joint venture agreement with IAMGOLD Corporation (TSX: IMG, NYSE: IAG) on Eagle Mountain Gold Property in Guyana, an advanced stage exploration project, with an internal resource estimate of 787,800 ounces (at 0.3 g/t Au cut-off grade) of gold in inferred category and intends to immediately commission an independent NI43-101 compliant technical report.

Ø High Quality Properties in Guyana and Brazil & Strong exploration program.
Ø Current internal resource estimate of 787,800 oz of gold in the inferred category at the Eagle Mountain property in Guyana and potential to significantly expand gold resource deposit.
