ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, Dec. 5 /CNW Telbec/ - LOUNOR EXPLORATION INC. ("Lounor) announce the closing of a private placement of CDN $290,000 representing 4,142,857 common shares at a price of $0.07 per share and each share is accompanied of one purchase warrant allowing to subscribe to one common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share, valid for a period
of 24 months.
The securities issued pursuant to this private placement are subject to a hold period of four months.
Net proceeds from the Flow-Through Units will be used by Lounor to incur exploration expenses on its mining properties located in Ontario.
